I have a small suggestion/opinion. Your plugin is so cool that I think a lot of people will use it in their worlds and use it with friends and other plugins. What I mean is that the drop of the witch and some mobs could interfere or not be compatible with some addons that modify these same mobs, so an alternative idea would be to be able to craft all the hats to avoid incompatibility. For example, for the witch, she could ask for things that she herself drops or uses or is related to her, such as fermented spider eye, sugar, luminous powder, stick, Redstone, gunpowder or some specific potion, so that with these objects you can craft the hat. This is just an idea/opinion.
Your complement is fascinating, I hope to see in the future the purple robe of the witches, the brown robe of the villagers and the straw hat of the farmer, it would be great.
