I may had accidentally removed the mediafire, it is still hosted on mcpedl and you should be able to download it here?
In any case the pack is outdated and will likely not work as expected anymore, I'll try to update it next Christmas!

FOR THIS TO WORK, YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN RTX GRAPHICS CARD.
THIS ONLY WORKS ON WINDOWS 10, MOBILE IS NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNING MINECRAFT RTX.
