I'm basically rewriting this post entirely, that's all I'm doing now.
There's 2 Mesas near spawn. The North Western Mesa and the South Eastern Mesa (close to the 2 blacksmith village) Further North West of the North Western Mesa is a Desert bay with a Savannah biome nearby, in the bay there are corals. Though it's quite far (1000+ blocks away from 0,0)
From the 2 Blacksmith Village, going south reveals a ruined portal and desert temple ( each probably 100+ blocks away from each other) and down south there's a coastal Desert Village
Confirmed, this seed works for 1.16x, instead, the diamonds isn't there anymore, so you have to find it manually. Good luck!
