Wings 4D Texture Pack

I assume that this is only an esthetic addon, and I won't actually be able to fly with the wings, or they act like elytra and allow me to glide unless I have rockets?

the pack itself is not 4d, it;s 3d, wait is wasnt a 3d either because the flippin wing is actually two dimentional, 4d is a four-dimensional space or 4D space is a mathematical extension of the concept of three-dimensional or 3D space. Three-dimensional space is the simplest possible abstraction of the observation that one only needs three numbers, called dimensions, to describe the sizes or locations of objects in the everyday world.

you know you can change colours in the file?

Does anyone here know how to take off from the ground with an elytra in survival on mobile devices? I absolutely cannot do it unless I have a riptide trident and it’s raining, which doesn’t happen often. So someone please tell me how to do it with rockets.
