- Added 3 modes for Treecapitator and Veinminer:
  - Treecapitator Rules:
    - Safe Mode: Only mines logs.
    - Caution Mode: Mines Logs and Wood blocks.
    - Danger Mode: Mines Logs, Wood, and Stripped Wod.
  - Veinminer Rules:
    - Safe Mode: Only mines Ore.
    - Safe Mode: Mines Ore and Raw Blocks of Ore.
    - Safe Mode: Mines Ore, Raw Blocks of Ore, and Blocks of Ore(diamond block, iron block, etc.).
