It only works with block breaking for now, so your dropped items are completely safe! You can throw items anywhere, even to another player and AutoPickup won’t collect them.

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a common misconception. This mod isn’t just a /tp @e[type=item] @s command. That command teleports every item in the entire dimension to one player, which breaks performance, causes lag, and isn’t per-player.

AutoPickup is designed completely differently:
✔ Only collects items broken by the player (not the whole world)
✔ Works per-player in multiplayer, without affecting others
✔ Runs efficiently even on crowded servers and farms
✔ Can be toggled on or off by each player and your settings will be saved

This was carefully coded for smooth gameplay. It’s not a one-line command, it’s a fully optimized QoL upgrade that plays nicely with other mods.
