Commands dont work and i dug all the way to bedrock and i never got teleported. You need to add new ways to get in because obviously the existing ways are flawed
Yeah, we are kinda working on some of this right now :>
Keep in mind that this version is actually just a test, we'll work seriously on this once the new custom dimensions feature will be out of preview, but we'll try to update it and make it better in the meantime anyway : >
This addon is very extremely impressive and very cool, but I do have some feedback for you
1st is that I think you should add more rooms and redo a lot of rooms that generate. They are all basically the same room with entrances on all sides with them occasionally having random blocks and walls, but that doesn't really feel like Backrooms, but more like the same room copied infinitely in all directions. You should add stuff like rooms that only have 1 or two entrances, or hallways that can generate between rooms.
2nd is that the Monsters and Sanity mechanic is really cool and definitely scary. But it all happens waaay too fast. Sanity drops faster than almond water usually spawns so it's hard to not drop to 0 Sanity before finding any Almond Water. And Monsters/Events spawn so much to the point where it kind of takes away the paranoia of wondering where or when you might get attacked.
3rd is that the Backrooms itself is a bit too dark. Some dark spots and areas are fine, but the whole thing is so dark it doesn't invoke the same liminal feel as the original Backrooms did. I also think you should make the Backrooms generate rooms farther away from you, so you aren't constantly seeing the void two rooms over
But all in all, it's still a great addon and especially for how fast something like this was made. The Bacteria model looks great, and the block textures along with the dust particles look great. Keep up the good work!
