It was a normal day at your boring office job. You get up to get some water, and as you turn around, you notice a coin on the floor at the other end of the hallway. You walk slowly toward it, but just as you are about to grab it, you mysteriously fall through the floor. When you open your eyes, you realize... you’ve fallen into the Backrooms, but not just any Backroom—[BACKROOMS PARKOUR].

- A whole new level has been added based on Level 37 of the Backrooms, popularly known as Poolrooms.
- The death system has been changed to now use mud blocks for death.
- Level 0 has been expanded with a new No-Clip mechanic that allows players to pass through weak points in reality.
- The Manila Room has been added to Level 0.
- Level 601 has been completely revamped to give it a different focus on its main CTM objective, now featuring multiple areas to traverse instead of hidden objects.
- A level selection system has been added, allowing players to play specific levels or replay them after finishing the main adventure.
- Various jumps have been adjusted.
- A single-player-only map rule has been added for now as a precaution.

- Se ha añadido un nuevo nivel basado en el Nivel 37 de los Backrooms, popularmente conocido como Poolrooms.
- Se ha modificado el sistema de muerte para que ahora utilice bloques de lodo.
