Bedrock Builder Wand

This has now been converted to the GameTest framework so should work with PE and latest Bedrock

This addon allows you to create all manner of geometric shapes easily.

Choose from cubes, spheres, pyramids, cylinders, lines, walls, hemispheres.

You can fill with a selected block, or air, water or lava.

It also features an undo option in case you mess it up.

Yes so ANOYING and I hate this creator now
1
A bit harsh. Anyway, I just submitted an update so hopefully it gets approved soon. The problem is that mojang break the existing addons that use the beta apis every time they do an update.

good i use win 10

non gametest scripts are depreciated and only work on windows 10. You probably shouldn’t use them as they are depreciated and not meant to be used.

I think I understand it a bit better now, mojang are no longer developing their script framework. I can see how you can do this addon without it. Things like detecting the block you are looking at and custom UI no longer seem possible.
1
should have read "can't see how..."
1
The more I look at it, it is not possible without scripting. For example, the algorithms to generate the shapes.
1
Thanks for the comment. Can you explain what you mean? What are gametest scripts?
1
Done some digging. Is it what is referred to here as the "old scripting api" ?
1
No Gametest is the 'new' scripting api and mojang updates it not only in stable updates but beta updates also and it only adds features not edit or remove the existing one and the last time I checked it is possible to like custom ui and Gametest (by custom ui I mean not the scripting api custom ui I mean like using render controller to detect if a player is holding the wand and then show the screen and when they click a button it runs an animation script which detects which button was clicked and then runs a function or a script from the behaviour pack).
1
From what I was reading they are going to keep the old api (that I am using) around for a bit until they have replaced all the functions of it. What I don't get though is that gametest, well surely that is all about testing behaviour packs rather than creating functionality from scratch? And it needs to be initiated from a command?

Does not work on minecraft pocket edition it says I should have a device that supports scripts
1
Sorry about that. I didn't know scripts didn't work on pe. I'll have to find somewhere else to post it. Everyone recommended this one.
