Better Dynamic Light

Amazing this is best way to do it no crafting needed it's just the default light source items!

Suggestions: the dinamic light should melt snow layers and ice. also when entities like the player are on fire they should also emit light until it goes out. another thing certain light sources shouldn't emit light under water. add non crafted offhand functions.
