It is intended that the rails do nothing to prevent the player from falling off the bridge?
I made a couple dozen endstone bridges to test out in the end dimension. I'm glad I tested it across a small crater on the main end island as I immediately fell off when walking across it. The rails did nothing.
The structure behaved as if I was walking across a single width path of end stone blocks.
If the rails are intended for decoration only, the crafting recipe should at least give more than a single bridge section for each 5 blocks used in the crafting recipe.
It's very pretty to look at, but otherwise, I don't see the benefit in this current interation of the add-on.
I'm not going to remove the add-on. I just hope either the bridges are made safer and the output count of the crafting recipe is increased. It's just not worth the material cost at this point.
Unfortunately it is not really possible at the moment to give the rails a collision. As soon as it is possible it will be changed. In the meantime you are probably right, the output count should be changed and I will do this in the next update in a couple of days!
this addon is getting deleted and not recommended until survival recipes are added. why not put them in right away? its not hard to write 1 recipe and copy paste the rest with edits...
