Well..nothing much.
This texture pack just replaces the Iron Golem's texture with a Buff Villager. No new sounds, just a Buff Villager.

Updated the link to linkvertise since it's safer than the shortener I used.
You can't deactivate the said pack, it just reattaches itself.
Although this pack is immersive for me, it mixes with the villagers.
The only thing I hate is it automatically attaches the Roundup Pack on realms which is unwanted.
