Chairlift Addon (Test)

This addon adds a chairlift in minecraft, it works via minecart. place down a minecart on a suspended rail, then place the chairlift right next to it, it should hop in. Please note that this was made on the latest betas, 1.19.0.32, and it is a TEST version. If it does not work on the normal version, sorry, I cannot do anything... And yes, I know, there are a ton of bugs so please don't spam those in the comments, thank you.
