Chunks are Random

Would be cool if you added glass, stairs, slabs, fences, water, lava, and a rare chance of tnt. And have it fully delete nonblocks like grasses and flowers, leaf/flower litter etc just so the terrain is smoother. Ores shouldn't stay in chunks, and they should be added to the random blocks list

Could you make a different version that makes it so only the 8 chunks around the one you're on get randomized, so it's less lag and you only see what you get once you're close enough?
