Adds a few custom commands. They allow you to easily add lore to items, heal yourself, and set custom command permissions. The recommended Minecraft version is 1.19.60, but almost any 1.19 version should work (1.20 support is in beta and might work). And, in version 2 of this addon, I plan to add the command `ui`. This command allows you to use other commands with a simple little UI.
