A new structure will spawn at the highest heights in the nether and is extremely rare these are ghast hives. I suggest a new block will make up the structure say it will be called Ghost fabric. These structures are the only way you can find ghastlets and their eggs.
Make Ghaster, after a few MC days, turn into baby ghast then into adult ghast.
