If you want to download the latest version of One Block then you have to download from the top link only but remember this you have the latest version of Minecraft.

Don't Use /kill @e,@p command or /scoreboard
You may use /kill @a,@r
because the one block counting integrated with an entity! so if you kill @e it will be die and your world is corrupted or restarted!
