- Now achievement compatible
- Added the following commands that control the passage of time
- day_time_pass - sets the day speed, negatives are faster, positives are slower
- night_time_pass - sets the night speed, negatives are faster, positives are slower
- dodaylightcycle - mimics the vanillla daylightcycle command, but takes precedence
- Removed Cronos clock item.

Apologies for the use of the clock. As soon as they add custom commands to stable, you bet your buckets I will be adding a system that works like /gamerule :)
