Old:
Infected Player → Parasite Reborn
New:
Infected Player → Parasite Organs → Parasite Reborn → Parasite Reborn Complete
Capabilities
Infected players now transform into Parasite Organs.
Parasite Organs evolve into Parasite Reborn.
Parasite Reborn can further evolve into Parasite Reborn Complete.
Performance
Reduced Phase 1 spawn rates for better gameplay balance and improved world performance.

Still a good mod, just way too easy to control.
I would make it so that larvae spawn naturally and get enough kills to mutate, making early game survivable and late game more dangerous as larvae keep infecting mobs in caves and night, and mobs like slammers, tanks, etc. evolving from when a certain mob gets enough kills. But you don’t have to do what I say, I’m just giving ideas.
Just to clarify though, slammers and tanks don’t naturally spawn yet. The system currently works through phases, and Phase 1 only starts after around 20 parasites exist.
Since parasite larvae only spawn at night and still need to evolve into mutated larvae before they can infect other mobs, reaching Phase 1 by Day 2 should actually take quite a while in normal gameplay.
So if stronger infected mobs appeared that early, it might have been caused by another add-on, commands, altered settings, or a bug during testing.
I still appreciate the balancing ideas though.
