DA Concrete Expansion

Version 3.0.0 improves slab stability, with the small trade-off of not being able to pick-block single slabs from double slab blocks.

Bedrock Bug warning! At some point after 26.10, an issue was introduced with ghost-blocks that affect the slabs I developed to be more stable than the previous version. It is noticeable in Creative, but does not affect Survival mode (except a bit of a visual "blip").
