Endless Ice Biome Pack Add-on

This addon creates a world dominated by frozen oceans.  Villages are frequent but other surface structures and resources are scarce. If you travel far enough you can find islands. This world is ideal for ice boating!

I haven't been able to get an ocean one to work right yet, I'm hoping next bedrock update will allow it to work.
