The Shulker Amulet is broken in Hardcore mode. When you use it, you enter spectator mode and can't return to your normal form the whole world becomes useless

So I'm thinking about adding this to my realm how would this work with dorios trinkets? Would it clash and break? Would I still need to download novelty api for this considering dorios has a scroll item to equip the trinkets with. Also is the heart that permanently gives you 2 more hp consumable and stackable or a single trinket added to the slot?. Sorry about all the questions I'm on Xbox so getting an addon can sometimes be more effort than it's worth for me. Thx in advance.
