Appreciate it, just don't use it to build another island

Can't get this to work. I have the wand and click a block which sets the first location, then click a second block which sets the second location but nothing pops up. What am I missing?

What device are you playing on? What Minecraft version? Does it always say either position 1 or position 2, or it can say both but simply nothing happens when you select both positions?
1
Playing on Windows Bedrock v1.21.132, running a private server which I installed it on first. I also tried installing it directly to the game on my PC. In both cases I get the same results. It always says position 2.
Edit: I got it to work in a new world generated on the PC (not the server) but still have some issues getting position 1 set.
1
Okay so, unless you enabled Single Button Mode in the /settings menu, Position 1 is always set by clicking the break/attack button on a block, while position 2 is always set by clicking the place/use button on a block. If you're experiencing any issues you can try enabling Single Button Mode in the /settings menu. Let me know

Can you exstend the fill limit beyond 32767
1
I could try using multiple fills but then the limiting factor would be the chunks not being loaded after a certain distance.
Edit: This has been added in version 1.5.0 and above

Its really great but somehow destroys Vibrant visuals and RTX utilities. FIX!

Thank you for reporting. This is fixed in version 1.1.1

This is the BEST World edit type tool for me. I've tried others but their UI/etc is frustrating and not user friendly, however this is incredibly simple and easy to use, i love it ! I play on console but with keyboard, and just being able to select two positions is so convenient, takes a multi-minute fill command to like 30 seconds. PLEASE keep this updated for modern versions if it ever gets outdated. Absolutely amazing work:)
1
Thank you, I really appreciate that! I’ll do my best to keep the add-on updated for future versions. If you have any feedback or ideas, I'd love to hear them.

new update is awesome! id i had ANY recommendation it'd be to add a second item which does a similar thing (allows setting pos one and two) but instead of you clicking a block, you just click the item when your in the position you want to put it at. this would be especially useful for Fill commands in the air with no other blocks around, so you don't have to place a block manually to set the position.
1
Glad you like the update! That feature is actually currently in the works, but I'm waiting for Minecraft to release to stable a specific API feature that lets me detect clicks in the air reliably without creating compatibility issues with other addons. Once that becomes stable, I'll release an update that will allow you to set positions mid-air. Edit: Mid-Air Selection has been added
1
my minecraft i cant update it yet to 1.21.130 cause of smthing i did that i will not disclose can you make this work for older versions
1
Version 1.1.1 of the addon is releasing, it will support Minecraft versions as old as 1.21.100

so its just the /fill [cords 1} {cords 2} {block u want} but slightly quicker ig its not much useful for pc but maybe mobile
1
It is based on /fill, but the primary goal is convenience. The Fill Wand removes the need to type coordinates and permutations, and shows a GUI instead. It’s especially useful on mobile and controller, but also helps speed things up on PC.
