The don't celebrate Christmas. IIt originated as a pagan holiday. Meanwhile Halloween was a day where people dressed as things they feared because they were afraid demons walked the earth that night of the year.

Just activate all of them, to be sure. (No reason not to, and you might already need to use the other experimental options as well, if you're using other add-ons.)
