Instant Build: Gama 5

Okay so I did some checking, I did create a new world upon creating the new world I also activated the pack.
When the world loaded apparently the pack did not load or something like that. Because when I checked while in game, the pack was not in the behavior pack active list. So I went and saved and quit. Then I reactivated the pack, then reloaded the world. The pack is working fine.

Okay so I just checked for myself yeah the build ball is not there....

I don't know what I did wrong but it's not showing in the menu of items list that build ball
