This resource pack move your inventory hotbar on top of the screen. Maybe it will be helpful for some people. I strongly advise you to try this add-on pack.
Select classic UI profile, because I'f you not select add-on will not work.

Saddenly this add-on works only with 16:9 aspect ratio. And most of the bezelless phone has 19:9 or wider aspect ratio. But it's cool for windows 10.
