"Item Lock" Remover

As of the most recent update for Minecraft Bedrock, 1.16.100, a lot of new bugs were introduced. One of these bugs caused a Red/Yellow Triangle to appear on the screens of some users, which was actually an "Item Lock" feature intended for map makers. This bug is annoying and obstructive, which is why I've decided to remove it!
