Kitchen Gun (Meme) Just Three Shots Update

Changelog

- Added a new click sound for the grenade when the pin is pulled.
- Kitchen Gun now kills everything in just three shots!
- Reworked how voice lines are played. 1/3 for a normal voice line to play, but now a voice line out of three always plays when a mob is killed by a kitchen gun.

Since the description hasn't been updated, here.

Kitchen Gun kills anything in 3 shots. It chooses between 3 voice lines when you kill a mob with it. It also has a 1/3 chance to say a voice line when you shoot it.
