Land Claims

• Added translations for Spanish and Brazilian Portugese.

• Added support for Vibrant Visuals.

• Fixed a bug where players could still open containers in a claim if they held interact.

• Moved Claim Logs menu to the config.
  ◦ Removed /lc:claim_logs command.

• Added a global toggle for all claims to have entry message & pushout enabled/disabled by default.
  ◦ Added an extra action menu ("Extra Settings") in claims to individually turn off that claims entry message or auto pushout.

• Fixed a bug where having the "interact" permission off but build on wouldn't allow most players to build
  ◦ also added a lot more "interactable" and "container" blocks.

• Made it so players can no longer interact with entities (such as leashing animals or going into boats) if the "interact" permission is off.
