Leaves Drop Op Item - Achievement Support

For the drops: the addon relies on the English naming system. If your game language isn't set to English, it won't recognize the leaves and won't drop the OP items. Switch your language to English and it should work.
As for the stuck shears: because you removed the addon while they were still in your inventory, the game permanently saved them in a 'locked' state to your world data. Updating the pack won't magically wipe your old save file. You just need to use the shears until their durability runs out and they break to clear the slot!
