U see you are pretty bad at making shops well I can help you :)
You can use the command
/scoreboard players remove @p[scores={=..}]

Don't forget the two dots after the first amount or It will only detect exact amount if you add two dot it will understand the exact amount or more.
Try this it might help you.

I noticed A Few Bugs In 2 days in this beta (1.The /give Gold Axe Commands Is Broken and There Is No Costs For Bone Meal[So Its Infinite] and some of the redstone clocks inside the items are broken

Sometimes it loads faster if after it says import started then you go into a settings of a world then leave. I found that it speeds the download process for some reason

Use the "scoreboard players test" command to see if a player has enough before buying.

Can anybody help me? I get stuck at the "level import started" then it turns nothing. And waiting for a long time it doesn't work too.

I just takes a while to download because there are lots of command blocks. Don't worry though once it is done downloading There is no lag.
