NEW LOOKS, NEW AREAS, NEW BUILDS

The first major update of Marvis City in the big 2026 is here! And it is really big. A lot of things happened for the past 5 months and in those months, Marvis City got expanded a lot like there are expansions happened in Prince District, Federama District, Mezia District, RedHouse District, and Marvis District. For Prince District, most of the district got revamped so it has a new look compared to the previous versions of the city. Most of the builds there got rearranged like the mall, cinema, market, police and fire station, and more... And there are new stuffs to explore in the new Prince District because it got expanded. You can see the new look of the district via Cutezy Viewspot which is located near Hockey Arena that is located besides Prince Amusement Park. For Federama District, a new area has emerged there near Bluish Palace and behind Isle Adventure Park and Federama Zoo. It is called Federama Seaside and it consist of 6 skyscrapers facing the sea and ocean, seaside walk area, 3 car dealerships, downtown builds, 4 condominium buildings, company buildings, a park, and more. There's also a viewspot where you can look at the area and it located behind Federama Zoo. For Mezia District, it is now complete. It is now consist of 2 neighbourhoods (subdivision style and New York townhouse style), builds from Mesa Marvis, event area, beach area, cemetery area, and more to see. Besides the district is an industria named Ocean Mezia Industrial Area where you can see warehouses, factories, and the first sea port in the city. For RedHouse District, parts of it like the ones near Greenfield IFC is now filled with new builds and stuffs. Those parts were used to be empty plots and now you can explore them blending the cityscape. Also, its beach area got expanded and at the end of it, you will came across a new district that's called Surbia. It is a suburban themed area where you can see a lot of houses since Marvis City is kinda huge but lacks houses for its people so it is a desperate way to fix this kind of problem. It is small for now but it might get expanded in the future like more houses, shops, and more. Near to it is a large lake park and a university area. Well, there's a new university in Marvis City and it is the largest one so far. So large that it is kinda near the runway of Marvis International Airport which is finally coming back to Marvis City and it will be double in size like literally double since I cloned it to make room for Terminal 2 of it. As a result, the runway of it got longer compared before. And for Marvis District, a lot of adjustments happened. Rural areas like Wheatfield and Sunflow got removed to make new room for new builds like a housing area and a new cemetery named The Holy Public Cemetery. Also, the part near the spruce village and football stadium got some adjustments making it much cooler to look at. Finally, roads got a major change when it comes to streetlights making it much more real than before. That's it for now. Thank you so much for downloading!

Marvis City is now only playable on versions 1.21.51+... But there is a chance that Marvis City LITE will be back on the lower version which will be 1.20.51 since I found a working version of it and I didn't find a working version of 1.20.50 but I found the nearest working version which is 1.20.51. But that will happen soon since it will take a long time to work it out. Because of 64-bit compatibility requirement of the new device which I got around January 10 btw, I have to make these adjustments. So for 1.20.50-1.21.50 players, thank you so much for supporting Marvis City. And for those players who uses the versions 1.21.51+, thank you so much for downloading.

By the way, Marvis City will turn 6 years old this June 16th. So, Happy 6th year anniversary to Marvis City! Thank you so much for supporting this project for 6 years through downloading. Enjoy the map!
