Don't install this add-on. It doesn't actually turn you into a monster;
it just makes you invisible and constantly teleports an entity to you.

Could you tell me exactly what issue you're experiencing?

I'm guessing you may have forgotten to enable the Resource Pack or Behavior Pack. Please check that both are turned on and let me know if the problem persists.
