Make sure to check your system informations, maybe your phone is not strong enough to run the map!

Did you checked your ram and your phone processor capacity? I'm pretty sure it's one of then, since the map is so heavy and so full it's really a difficult task for some chipsets, so maybe trying to low your graphics can solve this problem, if the problem persists unfortunately your device can't handle it, I already saw many people trying to open the world and can't be able to run it because of the chipset.
