NPC World 1.10

In the new update ( 1.9.0.15 / 1.10 ) you can't summon the NPC.  Instead, you need to create a world on world on update 1.9.0.0 to summon it. This world has an NPC and you can now try out the new feature of NPC on 1.10.0.3
