Obsidian Essentials v3.0.0

This is a major update, so I've bumped the main version number up to mark the switch to a brand-new versioning system that'll make OE easier to maintain going forward.

New Features, Tweaks & Changes

Added a brand-new Changelogs menu, accessible from the Community Panel or by running /changelogs
Added the /rtp command
Added land claim taxes
Added the ability to change K/D objectives
Added a brand-new party system
Added Crates
Added Creative plots
- Only admins can create them, you can claim them by doing /cplot claim
Added a worldborder feature
Added a button to the main menu for claiming kits
Added the ability to kill mobs with the Lag Zapper
Added new /itemban command
Added all our commands to the slash command registry (all ! still works)
Added new /rankcolor
- Allows users with the Manage Rank Color perm to change the color of their ranks
Added all new mobs to the Mob Cash List
Changed land claims to no longer spam notifications
Changed all OE notifications to use the new notification bar (can be disabled in Community Panel settings)

Bug Fixes

Fixed a spawn protection bypass and gamemode restore issue
Fixed !enchant using the old permission system
Fixed player shop stock issues
Fixed lag zapper and mob banning not removing mobs that already exist

nevermind if its in a realm put it on a world first and go to edit world in your realm and click replace and then click the world with the mod and it will activate best mod I've ever used for realms it also works with java and it has a scoreboard I love the compatibility 5 stars definitely

Unfortunately broken, resource pack will not enable and gives an error when I try to save.

Please update the language options so the addon can be available in other languages, such as Portuguese, Spanish, and others! This would greatly help in spreading the addon's popularity.
