UPDATE: I added a un-stackable Item only version, where un-stackable items such as Tools, Weapon, and Armor are the only ones that get their lore modified. This help in inventory management since if a stackable item is obtained by another player, and you also have one they will not stack with each other, which could be annoying for most people.

big problem: when getting a stackable items, it doesn't stack anymore. for example when im mining a dirt, dirt doesn't stack to the previous dirt
