you should make a mage for each team.

they could spawn fangs and have a invisibility spell (their will be a out line so you can see them when they are invisible)

Hmmmm the the bow soldiers can attack their teammates make them invinsible to their teammates so that they cannot fight
And also when they die they drop their spawn egg thanks in advance
