Real-Time Clock (Schedule Addon)

The Fix: Fixed a synchronization bug between the Minecraft world time and the real-world system clock.

Changelog: * Adjusted the Script API system.runInterval to account for server-side TPS (Ticks Per Second) fluctuations.

• Fixed a UI bug where the clock would freeze if the player was in a loading screen or transitioning dimensions.
