Why i can't spawn the other mobs of the addon? I can only spawn the redstone tyrant, do they only can be spawned in their biome?

Nope, they can be spawned everywhere in creative, but you have also to place a network (blue if you want them as pets, red if you want them hostile)

Hi! No, you don't need experimental features at all. The biome is rare, you just need to look for it! If you use cheats you can use /locate biome
