BUG FIXES:
- Settings now save permanently (Dynamic Properties)
- Stats now save permanently (kills/blocked never lost)
- Push cooldown added (entities no longer fly across map)
- Damage no longer applies every tick (was OP)
- Push cooldown per-entity (each mob has own timer)
- Book sneak detection properly uses beforeEvents
- Player validity checks added in main loop
- Player leave properly cleans up memory
- Menu open guard prevents scanning during settings
- applyDamage cause changed to "contact" (more compatible)
- Leaderboard now shows kills AND blocked count
