1.3 Changelog: 

• Fixed an issue where you get stuck on spectator mode and had no eay to access the menu. Now added the feature to open the menu just by looking up and wait for the activation.

• Updated the enchant tab to have more of the enchantables (Except books).

Try to come back from spectator Mode when playing single but can't do it. The only way i found is playing with other people with command /gamemode survival @a
IS there a way to make It without the need of anybody?

Did you check if you downloaded the 1.3 pack, also delete the old file then use the latest file only, to do that go to storage then behaviour packs

can it make command so 20+p player can join in 1 world that only limit 5player and to to make many player U had to turn on cheat and command setplayermax buy can we make it in this mod so I don't need to turn off the achivement pls some one reply?

This addon is script based, it does not need for cheats to be on. If your problem is max player, that is most likely adjustable on servers if you are on, this pack does not edit number of player as that settings are most likely on your world or server settings
