Fix some bug on custom command send to all

Fix bug on max and wait time

  • update to mc 1.21.90
  • change to use custom command
  • re added the ui, command "/h"

type "/dz:" to see or just type "/home help"

if you found any bug please report on my yt or curseforge,

you don't realy need to update from B to C, it just readded the ui

can u change the admin tag to just "mod" cuz i have a ranks addon is its kinda annoying to have the [mod] rank and then also a rainbow colored [Moderator] rank its just kinda weird pls change :) ty
