Experimental gamplay allows items that aren't mob eggs or blocks to be used by the player. You can't access these items via the inventory, but you can get them by typing in "/give @s (abbreviated name of mod):(item ID name)" in the command prompt. Hope it helps and dont called anyone "I****IC D***Y"
