Fixed cauldron logic so it no longer outputs a command when barley is germinated. It also causes the water level to go down when barley is germinated

The labels on the bottles are based on alcohol labels and bottles from the Soviet era, and 2 of them are just placeholders from what soviets drank. The pictures are the labels I took inspiration from
