The Wannabeastiary is an addon mostly focused around new mobs, but I plan on adding to many different aspects of the game. Currently, this is an early version of the addon, so it is somewhat small aside from creature-related stuff, but i’ve got plans for things like new biomes, trees, crops, ores, armor, food, and more! This addon is based on the characters, lore, and species of my own fantasy worldbuilding project, Terra, as well as a few of my own personal headcanons for Minecraft lore I came up with a while ago, plus stuff I just thought would be cool to throw in. I love writing, worldbuilding, and my characters a lot, so I thought it would be super neat to make a lore-based addon, since I sadly don’t see a lot of those. I’ve also put a lot of thought into making sure everything has an actual use for survival gameplay without being too OP, so hopefully this addon can enhance your survival worlds immensely!

-Mobs now have more animations! A few have unique attack animations, and most now have unique animations for begging.
-retextured the reins and acid charges
-did some balancing fixes on crystal apples, raptises, ancient dragons, thylacines, antlions, acid charges, and lavas
-fixed the bugs with shoulder pets being unable to sit on shoulders, and the babies of tamed animals being wild and untamable
-gave black chupacabra armor a new crafting recipe
-added a new variant each to chupacabras and raptises
-misc major bug fixes
-ancient dragons are now hatched from eggs, to prevent players from crafting a spawn egg and putting it in a mob spawner
-Higher dragons now give effects to nearby players
-added 12 new blocks: greenscale block, firethorn, murdoc plush, ambergris block, 6 wooden window blocks, thornback egg, and ancient dragon egg
-added 6 new food items: raw croc, cooked croc, lizard tail, cooked lizard tail, tuatara egg, and toxic tail
-added 7 new misc. items: duo saddle, drake feather, wyvern talon, gator tooth, thornback taming meal, whale oil, and firepod
-added 4 new weapons: f.w. 2000, dragon’s maw, cutter claw, and drake feather wand
-added 14 new mobs: shark, whale, monitor, adder, knucker, kekkoriik, thornback, chupacabrhusk, alligator, crocodile, gharial, dragonfly, tuatara, and barukai
