[1.17] TT's Copper and Steel (Armor, Tools, Unique Steel-Making Process)

This addon is designed to add in something that seems to have been completely forgotten by the new 1,17 update, copper armor and tools! They can be crafted with the vanilla armor and tool recipes using copper ingots. Copper armor has the same stats as chainmail armor and copper tools are equivalent to iron but with less durability. This addon also adds in a process to create steel as well as steel armor and tools.

It's strange that I don't have a bucket of water and a blast furnace, most likely it's because I'm at 1.19.5 and not at 1.17, but I'll write about it all.

need to update it so recipes show up in the recipe book, otherwise, super cool! reminds me of terrafirmacraft and makes steel way better than just smelting iron again

This is awesome, it'd be great if you could find some more uses for copper as well. I do have some ideas that involve copper and redstone

Dude, Copper armour is a non-logic idea because oxidized copper is toxic, but still Really good

Unlike copper blocks, your copper armor and tools will not oxidize! This is definitely a feature, not a bug ;)

Please fix it. It Seems to always turn into ashes and i never go to turn it on

Hello! Glad to see you're enjoying the addon so far. There is half a chance for the coal to become ash when fueling. You may have to use more! You can also use a stick on the furnace to check it's stage!

Great suggestion! The eventual plan is to make diamonds have to be refined and used in another unique crafting process to make mithril!
