I’ve noticed a strange behavior with the Unemployed villagers and Nitwits. They seem to be terrified of the player and start running away as soon as they see me. I’m not sure if this is a feature of this mod or a conflict with a "Neutral Mob" mod I have installed

Why do I have to open a villager’s trades until their level is maxed out, which then prevents me from changing their profession or trades?
