Guys, so you may know about how Java has a mod also known as WAILA (What Am I Looking At). So yeah, I tried to recreate that. Hope you guys love it.

awesome idea! mind if i add some feedback. If you use:
/execute @s ~ ~ ~ execute @e[type=!player,r=4,c=1] ~ ~ ~ title @p[c=1] actionbar §e§l[§r@e[type=!player,r=2,c=2]§r§e§l]

it will stop the brackets from appearing when there are no mobs near. it will also make it a tiny bit more compatible with addons that use actionbar

I will try to do make it identify blocks
Plus remember it also identifies mobs and items from other mods or addons
