WAYSTONES V2
Re-done the whole code because of how popular this add-on has gotten.
Now uses a global database so up to 80,000 Waystones can be in a single world at once.
Theres now global and personal waystone selection when placing a waystone:)
Another Update at 15k Downloads if we reach that:)
